Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 August 2026

Welcome to LoopFix. These Terms of Service govern your use of the LoopFix website and your purchase and use of our home maintenance membership services.

By using our website or purchasing a LoopFix membership, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before joining.

1. About LoopFix

LoopFix provides home maintenance and support services to homeowners, landlords and other eligible customers through membership plans.

LoopFix may arrange, coordinate or provide access to maintenance services through LoopFix and/or independent tradespeople and service providers.

Our membership plans, pricing and included services are described on our website at the time of purchase.

2. Membership

When you purchase a LoopFix membership, you agree to pay the membership fee applicable to the plan you have selected.

Your membership provides access to the benefits and services included in your chosen plan, subject to these Terms and any additional plan-specific terms.

Membership benefits may vary between plans. Please review your chosen plan carefully before completing your purchase.

Membership is intended for the property or properties specified or permitted under your chosen plan.

3. Recurring Payments

Unless otherwise stated, LoopFix memberships are billed on a recurring basis.

By subscribing, you authorise LoopFix and its payment provider to take the applicable membership payment using your chosen payment method.

Your membership will continue to renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

The amount and frequency of your payments will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains accurate and that sufficient funds are available when payments are due.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your LoopFix membership in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Where applicable, cancellation will normally take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation does not automatically cancel a maintenance service that has already been requested or arranged. Please contact us if you need to change or cancel an upcoming service.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory cancellation rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.

5. 14-Day Cancellation Rights

If you purchase a LoopFix membership online as a consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation period under applicable consumer protection legislation.

If you ask us to begin providing services during this period, you may be required to pay a reasonable amount for services supplied before cancellation, where permitted by law.

Details of your cancellation rights and how to exercise them will be provided as part of your order and membership information.

UK rules require businesses selling services online to provide information about cancellation rights and explain when those rights may be affected by services starting during the cancellation period.

6. Maintenance Services

LoopFix is intended to make home maintenance easier and more convenient.

The exact services available to you depend on your membership plan and the nature of the maintenance request.

Some jobs may fall outside the services included in your membership. Where additional work or charges apply, we will explain this before proceeding where reasonably possible.

We do not guarantee that every requested job will be covered by your membership.

7. Access to Your Property

You are responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to your property where a maintenance service has been arranged.

You must ensure that any information you provide about the property or maintenance issue is accurate.

If a tradesperson cannot safely access the property or the information provided is materially inaccurate, the appointment may need to be rearranged.

8. Tradespeople and Service Providers

LoopFix may use independent tradespeople, contractors or other service providers to carry out maintenance work.

We aim to work with reliable professionals, but the availability of particular tradespeople may vary depending on location, availability and the nature of the work required.

Where a service is provided by an independent contractor, the contractor may have additional terms applicable to the specific work being carried out.

9. Reasonable Care and Skill

Services supplied by LoopFix or arranged through LoopFix will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict your statutory rights.

UK consumer law generally requires services to be carried out with reasonable care and skill.

10. Pricing

Membership prices are displayed on our website and may vary depending on the plan selected.

We may change our prices in the future. Where a price change affects an existing recurring membership, we will provide appropriate notice where required and give you any rights available under applicable law.

Any additional charges outside your membership will be communicated before the additional work is carried out where reasonably possible.

11. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate information when joining LoopFix;
  • keep your contact and payment information up to date;
  • provide reasonable access when a service has been arranged;
  • treat LoopFix employees, contractors and service providers respectfully;
  • use LoopFix services only for lawful purposes;
  • follow reasonable safety instructions given by LoopFix or its service providers.

12. Prohibited Use

You must not use LoopFix:

  • for unlawful purposes;
  • to deliberately provide false or misleading information;
  • to abuse, threaten or harass our employees or contractors;
  • to request services that are outside the intended purpose of your membership;
  • to interfere with the operation or security of our website;
  • to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership where there has been serious misuse of our services, subject to applicable law.

13. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and up to date.

However, information, pricing, availability and descriptions may occasionally contain errors or require updates.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update website content where necessary.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the LoopFix website, including our name, logo, branding, graphics, text, images and designs, belongs to LoopFix or our licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may use our website for your personal and lawful purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit LoopFix content without our prior written permission.

15. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links or integrations with third-party websites or services.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of third-party websites.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

16. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Subject to the above, LoopFix will not be responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

UK guidance makes clear that businesses cannot simply contract out of responsibility for faulty services or other statutory consumer rights.

17. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include extreme weather, natural disasters, major infrastructure failures, emergencies, strikes, shortages, or other circumstances that could not reasonably have been prevented.

Where possible, we will keep you informed and take reasonable steps to minimise the impact.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership where there is a serious breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, fraudulent activity or non-payment.

Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice or any applicable refund.

You may cancel your membership in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

19. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using LoopFix, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on this page.

Where we make material changes that affect your existing membership, we will provide appropriate notice where required.

Your continued use of LoopFix after the effective date of updated Terms may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, where permitted by law.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
